By using the Neuro-Hypnotic Science website, either as a visitor or a user of the products, you are deemed to have read, understood, agreed and are bound by each of the Terms & Conditions of Service as listed below in this electronic document.

Restrictions

This service is restricted to persons of 18 years of age or older. When you accept these Terms & Conditions, Neuro-Hypnotic Science will automatically assume that you are 18 years of age or older. Underaged users wishing to undergo hypnotherapy or use Neuro-Hypnotic Science products will require consent from parents or guardians.

The service is only available to people who are of sound mind. Those who have been diagnosed with having a mental illness, mental problems or a mental disability should not subject themselves to our Programs.

When you accept the Neuro-Hypnotic Science Terms & Conditions of Service, we will automatically assume that you do not suffer any form of mental problems or mental illnesses. Those who are regularly prescribed any of the following drugs: Anticonvulsants, Mood stabilisers, Anti depressants, Psycholeptic and Psychoanaleptics are strongly advised to first consult and obtain approval from their doctors (GPs) before using our Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, Neuro-Hypnotic Science will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuro-Hypnotic Science, its employees, and agents, from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against Neuro-Hypnotic Science, its employees, agents, partners, affiliates and anybody else who is directly or indirectly part of the Neuro-Hypnotic Science organizatio., arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this website or Neuro-Hypnotic Science products.

Advice

Neuro-Hypnotic Science will not and cannot guarantee that users of our Products will succeed. At the time of submission of these Terms & Conditions, to the knowledge and experience of the makers of this website, there have been no known cases of persons having suffered physical or psychological damage or problems as a result of Clinical Hypnotherapy in general and our Services in particular. By definition, the nature of Clinical Hypnotherapy dictates that people under hypnosis cannot be persuaded to act against their own interest. Based in the notion of self-regulated subconscious safety, Neuro-Hypnotic Science or its agents, staff, employees, or other persons connected to the company cannot be held responsible in any way, manner or form for any after effects or side effects incurred as a result of using our Products.

Any questions from users will be answered as speedily and accurately as possible, based on the knowledge and information at the disposal of Neuro-Hypnotic Science.  Any answers provided by a member or members of Neuro-Hypnotic Science staff should not be interpreted as counselling in any form whatsoever or as specific advice to solve a problem or to take action in any particular circumstance. Neuro-Hypnotic Science retains the right to use any feedback related to successful use of our Products, or reports related to any of our agents concerning hypnotherapy in general, for promotional purposes. Neuro-Hypnotic Science will under no circumstances divulge the full name or other details of the client in its promotional material but will only use the first name and first initial of the User’s surname, or alternately the first initial of the User’s first name and their surname, along with their city and state of residence.

Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of USA and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the USA courts.
