What Information Do We Collect?

When you subscribe to our newsletter, enroll in one of our eCourses, respond to a survey or fill out a form on our website, we collect information from you.

The information that we collect will only be used for the explicit purpose described to you at the time of submission.  For instance, if you subscribe to our newletter, your name and email address will remain privately held by us for purposes of sending you the newsletter that you requested.

Transaction Information

Upon ordering products from Neuro-Hypnotic Science, we collect payment information for purposes of completing the transaction.  With the exception of adding your name and email to our private mailing list (which you can opt-out of/unsubscribe from if you so desire) and putting your physical address on file (to ship your order), we retain no further information.

Your transaction for Neuro-Hypnotic Science products will be handled by an outside payment processor (currently Google Checkout) who maintains a separate privacy policy.  Please see the section below concerning third party vendors.

Disclosure of Information to Outside Parties.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. Non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising or other uses.

Third Party Vendors

Occasionally, we may offer or recommend third party products or services on our website and in our emails. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies.  Therefore, we are not liable for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to work only with third party vendors who maintain a high level of integrity.  We welcome any feedback about the sites and services we mention.
